I work creatively to make things happen at the interface of leadership teams, new technologies, big societal challenges and market opportunities.

We live in times of immense potential, but also of complexity. It is often unclear how leaders navigate this complexity. What I know for sure is that challenges help us grow and achieve our potential.
I work in three main areas: Leadership and talent development, refining strategy, and building partnerships between the US and Africa.
